- PLEASE HEAVILY WATER YOUR LAWN 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE TO ENSURE MOIST AREA FOR US TO SET UP OUR DISPLAY.
- DO NOT WATER THE AREA AGAIN UNTIL OUR SIGNS AND DISPLAY HAVE BEEN FULLY REMOVED.
- SPRINKLERS MUST BE TURNED OFF UNTIL WE REMOVE OUR DISPLAY COMPLETELY.
RENTAL POLICY
- PAYMENT REQUIRED AT TIME OF BOOKING IN ORDER TO CONFIRM YOUR RESERVATION AND DATE
- YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR DAMAGED OR MISSING DISPLAY ITEMS. PLEASE LEAVE THEM IN THE GROUND
- DO NOT ALLOW ANYONE TO TAMPER WITH THE DISPLAY (INCLUDING ADULTS, CHILDREN AND PETS)
- PLEASE WATCH FOR FLYING DEBRIS FROM GARDENING AND LANDSCAPING
- DO NOT VANDALIZE ANY OF OUR DISPLAYS OR THROW ANYTHING AWAY, DISPLAY BELONGS TO LETTER YOUR LAWN
- NOTHING IS TO BE TIED TO ANY OF OUR DISPLAY PROPS
- LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED ITEMS WILL BE CHARGED
- LETTER YOUR LAWN IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY OR DAMAGE THAT MAY BE CAUSED TO ANY PERSON OR PERSONAL PROPERTY DURING SETUP, RENTAL OR REMOVAL OF DISLAYS
- WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO USE YOUR DISPLAY FOR PHOTO PURPOSES ON OUR WEBSITE. (NO ADDRESSES WILL BE PHOTOGRAPHED)
- IF WEATHER CONDITIONS DO NOT PERMIT US TO DELIVER YOUR ORDER, WE WILL RESCHEDULE OR REFUND YOUR ORDER
- IF LETTER YOUR LAWN FEELS DANGEROUS OR HAZERDOUS SURROUNDINGS AROUND US AT TIME OF DELIVERY WE WILL CANCEL YOUR ORDER AND REFUND YOUR PAYMENT
- YOU HAVE 24 HOURS TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR ORDER OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE CHARGED
- NO REFUNDS IF CLIENT GIVES WRONG ADDRESS
- NO REFUNDS IF CLIENT DECIDES TO REMOVE OUR DISPLAY AND DECIDES NOT TO USE THEM
- NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF WE ARE DENIED ACCESS OR UNABLE TO ENTER COMMUNITY GATES OR PRIVATE PROPERTY
- NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF THE GROUND IS HARD AND WE ARE UNABLE To PLACE DOWN OUR DISPLAY
- EACH SITUATION IS HANDLED ACCORDINGLY, WE REALIZE THINGS DO HAPPEN AND WE’RE HERE TO ACCOMMODATE YOU
- SETUP AND DISPLAY WILL BE INSTALLED AFTER 6 PM, THE DAY PRIOR TO YOUR RENTAL. REMOVAL WILL BE AFTER 6 PM, ON YOUR CONFIRMED DAY
